Legitimation and purpose of the processing
Based on the legal basis of the consent that the interested person grants by checking the box and sending the completed form, the personal data will be processed to answer the message of the interested person.
Transfers
Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
Conservation
The data will be kept as long as the purpose is maintained and the interested person does not request the deletion of the data and for the legal deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations and attention to possible responsibilities.
Rights
The interested person can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the prior consent, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling), by means of a written request to IMM-CNR at the email address e-mail: segreteria@imm.cnr.it indicating the right that the person is exercising and providing a proof of his/her identity by attaching a scan of a document valid in law. The request with be handled with due diligence to ensure your rights are exercised within the limits set by these regulations.
The interested person also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian privacy authorities (“Garante Privacy”), when considers that the exercise of any of his/her rights have not been satisfied.
